Camera-Ready Guidelines for ICT-PEP 2026
International Conference on Technology and Policy in Energy and Electric Power 2026 (ICT-PEP 2026)
A. Procedures for Camera Ready
The camera-ready submission process involves preparing and submitting the final version of your manuscript after addressing comments provided by the reviewers and editors. This step is also crucial for completing the registration of your paper and designated presenter for the conference. At this stage, no changes are permitted to the number of authors, the author details (such as names and affiliations), and the order of authors listed in the manuscript.
-
Step #1: Attendee Category Verification
The list of authors stated in the submitted manuscript and the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) shall remain final throughout the entire conference process. No additions, removals, changes in author order, and changes in affiliation are allowed after the LoA has been issued.
The Attendee Category is divided into two categories:
- Presenter
Only one Presenter may be registered for each paper. By default, the first author is automatically assigned as the Presenter, as shown in the ‘Presenter’ field on your EDAS dashboard. Check this information carefully before proceeding to Step #2. If a change to the Presenter is required, please contact us at contact@ict-pep-pln.com.
- Participant
Other attendees may join the conference as Participants. This category includes:
- Co-authors, whether they attend as accompanying presenters or do not present the paper.
- Non-authors who did not submit a paper to ICT-PEP 2026.
Participants are required to complete the registration via the Enlit Asia website. For further information, please contact email info@enlit-asia.com.
